Bug Fixes on Version 2 Platforms
Support
You can now send an email directly to support@crowdvalley.com to create support ticket if you notice any issues with your live Crowd Valley site. You will then be able to track the progress of your request online using our support desk at http://crowdvalley.freshdesk.com/helpdesk
- Admins can now create a custom self-certification or accreditation form for investors to complete in order to complete their accreditation status
- Improved user feedback when an investor is denied access to a certain page or area of the site because they have not completed all the registration or accreditation requirements
- An offering's Documents and FAQs pages can now be turned on or off as required in most configurations
- Added full access controls to Location pages in real estate configurations
- Added a new admin-only Activity Feed to show a list of all primary user activities on the platform
- Users who enter the platform at a deep link before having signed in are now re-directed to the deep link after sign-in
Investor features
- Improved user feedback when an investor is denied access to a certain page or area of the site because they have not completed all the registration or accreditation requirements
Issuer features
- Improvements to the issuer's Your Tasks page on some configurations, which now shows all tasks related to the logged-in user ordered by project and task stage
- Authors of a project can now remove themselves from the Team page and nominate another user to be the main contact
- Updated the look and feel of the project team page in order to show profile images for the full team including developers and advisors
Bug Fixes on Version 2 Platforms
- Fixed incorrect fixed color settings on the Manage Members page
- Fixed bug where an investment offer was not being shown correctly on the payment page when using MangoPay services
- Fixed bug where See More button was not loading more than 12 projects on some configurations
- Fixed missing mailto: link on the project overview page of some configurations
- Several layout and text fixes on various configurations.
