Support
You can now send an email directly to support@crowdvalley.com to create support ticket if you notice any issues with your live Crowd Valley site. You will then be able to track the progress of your request online using our support desk at http://crowdvalley.freshdesk.com/helpdesk
Administrative features
- Added support for further currency types.
- Added support for messaging so that admin users can send messages to investors or fundraisers before or after they complete the registration process.
- Added further color options to the Look & Feel Options page so that some areas of the site that were previously showing up in dark grey in all configurations can now be updated
- Added support for changing the color of the funding progress bar, including using gradient color effects.
- Extended the width of the About page to give more flexibility and support for different-sized columns for marketing content.
Investor features
- Added more interactivity to the filtering and search boxes on Search pages, so that investors can now hide filtering options to see more project profile summaries.
Issuer features
- Add Team Members that are not currently members of the network to your project, and optionally send an email to invite them to join
Bug Fixes on Version 2 Platforms
- Updates to pagination on Search pages and Pipeline Management pages to allow users to scroll through several pages of listings more easily.
- More validation on funding rounds to ensure that the start date cannot be after the end date and other similar issues.
- Fixed occasional bug on Reserve pages that would prevent certain investors from making a funding reservation.
- Updated the use of standard icons and images throughout the site.
- Improved the scaling and cropping of images on Pipeline Management and Your Pipeline Management pages.
- Several layout and text fixes on various configurations.
