Bug Fixes on Version 2 Platforms
Support
You can now send an email directly to support@crowdvalley.com to create support ticket if you notice any issues with your live Crowd Valley site. You will then be able to track the progress of your request online using our support desk at http://crowdvalley.freshdesk.com/helpdesk
- Admins can now manually accept and reject investment reservations that are made in configurations without integrated payments. The funding round's current progress is automatically updated whenever an investment reservation is accepted.
- Enabled the KYC Documents page, which now allows admins to add KYC documents to a user's profile, which can be used to control access to deal room pages
- Enabled admins to add a job role and biography when adding a non-member to the team of an investment opportunity
- Location pages can now be configured to use the same access controls panel as the other investment opportunity sub-pages on real estate configurations
Investor features
- New 'Watch List' feature that allows users to add a company to their watch list page
- Added State and ZIP code as fields in the investor's edit profile form, which can be used as registration requirements
- Update the look & feel of 'call to action' buttons on investment opportunity pages to reflect the global look & feel settings
- The Request More Information 'call to action' button now launches a message popup to allow investors to send a message to the fundraising company instead of just sending a simple notification
Issuer features
- Support for adding notes to a company task on some configurations
- Additional support for showing start date and project stage for company tasks
- Added a 'Save' button to each tab of the 'Post New Project' form on one configuration
Bug Fixes on Version 2 Platforms
- Hid the default image placeholder in rewards configurations if no image is provided by the fundraising company
- Fixed bug where the Request More Information button and Reserve button could not be shown at the same time on an investment opportunity page
- Fixed bug where image sizes were not being constrained correctly on some real estate configurations
- Fixes to several color switcher settings
- Several layout and text fixes on various configurations.
